At Rinnai, we stand behind the quality of our home heating and water solutions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new, uninstalled units within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request to receive your unique return shipping label and documentation.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the product in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and installation hardware are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger units.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit is in new, uninstalled condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
